Please note: 

• Children must be supervised by an adult attending the party/ event during the duration of the party/ event. 
• A 50% deposit is required to secure booking date. Deposits are non refundable but transferrable with 7 days notice prior to party booking date.  Cancellations and deposit transfer require 7 days notice. Cancellations made under 7 days of event surrender the full deposit. Full Payments are due at the conclusion of the event. Payment delays or refunds will incur a book keeping fee of up to 10% of full booking amount.

• Party numbers are based on 1 staff member in attendance, unless otherwise stated. More children will require additional staff members and further costs will be incurred. Please inform on enquiry approximate party numbers so we can design a package to best suit your needs.
• Unwell children with obvious illness will be unable to participate in contact games, face painting or glitter tattoos. 
• Pass-the-parcel staff reserve the right to exclude children from activities due to illness or unruly behaviour.
• Parent/ guardian to ensure that children’s faces and hands are sufficiently cleaned and sanitised before participation. Pass-the-parcel does not take responsibility for children that may suffer an allergic reaction to face paint or glue adhesive. Please ensure artist is informed of any child allergy.
• Additional time on the day will be charged in 30 min allotments. $80 per 30mins
• Additional charge of $8.00 per child applicable to some packages/ entertainment. 
• Travel charges of $1.50 per Kilometre apply outside 50km zone of Kyneton to and from event.
• All artists/performers are fully insured and have current working with children checks.
• In an event of an emergency staff will direct children to the nearest supervising adult and exit premises to the closest safety zone. 
• In an adversely hostile situation including aggressive children and adults, staff are instructed to pack up and leave. If this occurs No refund will be given. 
• Please provide easy access and ample space for our artists to perform and unload vehicle.
• Pass-the-parcel takes No responsibility of damage to property or contents by children or adults during participation of activities.

• Please advise staff of children with special needs to allow to best cater to their needs.
